Tori Stryker

Project Manager

Tori Stryker is a Project Manager at Blaze Restoration and joined the team in October 2025. Within her first month at Blaze, she took on management of five active projects while also supporting company-wide project efforts-demonstrating strong leadership, adaptability, and a deep commitment to the team's success.

Tori brings a background in leadership and operations from her service as a Staff Sergeant in the United States Army, where she was responsible for logistics, training, and operations, as well as providing Behavioral Health Services. This experience shaped her people-first approach, attention to detail, and ability to perform under pressure-skills she now applies to every project she manages.

She is most passionate about building meaningful relationships with her clients and serving as a true teammate in helping them achieve their goals for their home after experiencing disaster. Known for her leadership, authenticity, compassion, and care, Tori approaches each project with empathy and purpose.

Outside of work, Tori enjoys art, sports, and music. She is driven by a desire to positively impact others and believes in always doing her best to support the people she serves.
