Jason Walters

Board Member 

Jason Walters brings exceptional leadership, operational expertise, and strategic vision to Blaze Restoration as a member of the Board of Directors. His background spans military service, advanced academics, and senior leadership roles in the private sector, giving him a well-rounded and results-driven perspective.

Jason expanded his leadership impact in the power industry, working with gas turbine engines as a Senior Project Manager. In this role, he oversaw multimillion-dollar contracts and led large-scale operational initiatives, managing complex projects, cross-functional teams, and critical infrastructure assignments. This experience sharpened his organizational insight and ability to execute at a high level in demanding environments.

A 16-year United States Army veteran, Jason served as an Officer flying Apache helicopters both domestically and abroad. His military career included roles as an Air Mission Commander and Maintenance Test Pilot, positions that required precision, resilience, and decisive leadership under pressure. These experiences laid a strong foundation for his disciplined approach to strategy, team development, and organizational effectiveness.

Jason holds a Master's degree in Aviation from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University and is currently a PhD candidate at Florida Atlantic University, specializing in organizational leadership and high-performance culture within the executive business track. His academic research further strengthens his ability to build strong organizational dynamics and forward-thinking performance systems.
