Braeden Carnahan

General Manager 

Braeden Carnahan is the General Manager at Blaze Restoration and began her career with the company in October 2023. She joined Blaze as an Administrative Coordinator and quickly advanced into the Office Manager role by the end of her first year, a reflection of her strong leadership skills, operational mindset, and dedication to continuous improvement.

Braeden brings a unique background in client satisfaction, operations, and account management. This experience sharpened her attention to detail, client communication skills, and ability to manage complex projects-skills she now applies daily at Blaze.

Braeden is deeply passionate about creating and implementing efficient processes and procedures that benefit both the team and Blaze's clients. She takes pride in being transparent, organized, and solution-oriented in every aspect of her work. She manages all finishes and fixtures for Blaze projects, guiding homeowners through showroom visits, documentation, and material sourcing to ensure selections meet both aesthetic and functional needs while staying within the approved scope of work. She works closely with project managers and the accounting team to track credits and maximize every dollar available.

Her commitment and expertise have earned her multiple recognitions, including Employee of the Year in 2024 and the Rising Star Pink Hard Hat Award from the Professional Women in Building of Clark County in 2025. Braeden also holds several certifications, including IICRC FSRT, OSHA jobsite safety, Mold Remediation, and Water Damage Restoration training.

Outside of work, Braeden enjoys spending time with her family and traveling. She has a strong creative side, loves reading, and exploring new restaurants around town. What motivates her most in her career is her team-their shared passion for the work and dedication to helping clients get back home inspires her to show up every day as her best self.
